J’ai eu la chance d’être accompagnée par Nechama (Sophie) pour me préparer à la naissance de ma fille grâce à la méthode de l’hypnonaissance.

Sa douceur, sa bienveillance et son professionnalisme m’ont permis d’aborder l’accouchement avec beaucoup plus de sérénité et de confiance.

Même le jour de la naissance, elle a été présente à distance pour m’accompagner avec une séance d’hypnose qui m’a énormément aidée à me recentrer et à gérer les sensations. Les visualisations, la respiration et les affirmations que nous avions travaillées ensemble m’ont été d’un grand soutien.

Merci Nechama pour ta présence précieuse et ton accompagnement rassurant. Cette expérience a vraiment marqué positivement cette étape si importante de ma vie.

Je recommande vivement son accompagnement à toutes les futures mamans qui souhaitent se sentir préparées, apaisées et soutenues pour accueillir leur bébé.

My first cranial sacral session with Sophie Picquot was a profoundly moving experience. I was in complete trust and allowed Sophie to work her magic. I felt calm and relaxed throughout. In the evening after our session, I experienced a wave of tiredness, and with it, I went through many thoughts and emotions about what had been going on with me. However, it wasn't a depression. It was a clearing, more like a cleansing. I woke up feeling refreshed and in balance. Fascinating and profound work, I thought, and how wonderful it is that Sophie can access this wonderful modality called Cranial Sacral.

Session two was more subtle but just as rewarding. I again experienced another wave of tiredness. However, that evening, I relaxed on the couch and began reading a book for the first time in many a month. I realised I'd been carrying such a busy energy for many months and hadn't done the simple things that made me feel secure, relaxed, and ultimately happy.

I am looking forward to further sessions with Sophie. I feel it's comparable to peeling the layers of an onion, and as we continue to do, I see there are more layers for me to unravel!
